On behalf of the Chinese Red Cross Society, Ms. Bu Jianguo, Minister Counselor of Chinese Embassy in India met with Dr. S.P. Agarwal, Secretary General of the Indian Red Cross Society recently and handed over a cheque of 2,225,000 Rupee (USD50,000) for the relief work of the flood disaster in Karnataka and some other states.

    Dr. S.P. Agarwal expressed sincere thanks to the Chinese Red Cross Society for the generous donation and promised to put the fund into full use.
